How to Refund?

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our timepieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Period:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, you must initiate the return process within this timeframe. Change of mind is not acceptable.

2. Product Condition:
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories (e.g., extra straps, watch boxes).
• Be free of any scratches, wear, or signs of use.

3. Return Costs:

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• A 10% deduction will be applied to the total refund amount as a restocking fee.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the item for its full value to avoid damage or loss during transit.

4. Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will notify you of the refund status (approval or rejection).
• Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days of approval and issued via the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or engraved watches.
• Items marked as final sale or purchased at discounted prices during clearance or promotions.
• Watches that show signs of use or wear.

6. Warranty Claims:
If your watch is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately to initiate a warranty claim. Note that wear and tear, accidental damage, or water damage outside specified resistance levels are not covered.
